Shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless product is defective or an error on our part and then shipping charges will be reimbursed. Product Specific Return Policy
Two-way radio batteries and chargers come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of any defective products please contact the customer service phone number at, 1-800-516-1018 or email us, shipping will be reimbursed. Other than for defects or errors on our part returns are not allowed on two-way radio batteries. The One Month Satisfaction Policy does apply.
